Smile Club is the home of a family of smile brands, including Active Aligners and Smile Club Veneers, supplied to dental professionals. Smile Club Lab is our registered dental laboratory. • Contact details you provide, such as your name, practice name, email address and phone number, when you enquire, request to partner with us, or contact support.
• Correspondence and the content of enquiries you send us.
• Basic technical and usage data (such as pages visited) collected automatically to keep the site secure and improve it.

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the laboratory services you request.
• To set up and manage partner accounts and case work for dental professionals.
• To communicate with you about your cases, orders and our services.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we retain it only for as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email smile@smileclub.co.za. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
